What is the difference between a refurbished and new unit?

A refurbished unit may have once been used, and sent back to the factory to be tested so it will operate as new. They may have some minor cosmetic blemishes, but they will not affect the operation of the phone. Many of our refurbished units come in brand new bag, transceiver jacket and hangup cup. Refurbished units are a great value.
